Refund Policy
Membership and Donations
We do not refund any membership fees or donations. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any trades or barters for membership fees.
Events
Refunds may be granted up to 48 hours in advance of an event. Unfortunately, if less than 48 hours is given, we cannot issue any refunds.
EFAO Conference
Participant refunds can be granted up until one week (7 days) prior to the first day of the conference, less a $35 administrative fee. If a cancellation is required after this date due to illness, we can provide a credit towards other EFAO programming, less a $35 administrative fee, to be used within one year.
Cancellations must be received before 7am on the day for which you are registered, through an email sent to admin@efao.ca. Trade Show Exhibitor fees are non-refundable.
Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that life is unpredictable and extenuating circumstances requiring participant cancellation do arise. We will do our best to accommodate extenuating circumstances. Please contact admin@efao.ca to discuss what might be possible.
Cancellations
EFAO makes every effort to run all of the events that we plan. In the event of low registration, we may have to cancel an event. We will give at least 72 hours notice of any cancellation or change and registered participants will be given a full refund for their registration fees. Unfortunately EFAO is unable to compensate participants for prearranged travel expenses associated with the event.
