Silvopasture Meet-Up
Wednesday April 14, 2021 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
Join other EFAO members for a Q&A and discussion on silvopasture with Pam Jackson of Jackson Stewardship and Jim Jones of The Hedgerow Co. Pam is a Registered Professional Forester with a background in forest management and rural property planning and Jim is an expert on planting and managing ‘European-style’ hedgerows (living fences). This interactive event is a follow-up to February’s Silvopasture Meet-up.
If you have specific questions in mind for Jim and Pam in advance of the meet-up, please leave them here.
Silvopasture is the practice of integrating trees, forage, and the grazing of domesticated animals in a mutually beneficial way. It utilizes the principles of managed grazing, and it is one of several distinct forms of agroforestry.
This event is open to all EFAO members.
A recording of this virtual meet-up will not be available.
