Production Systems & Efficiency
Thursday November 19 @ 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm
Now in their fifth season of production, Paula Reynolds and Dave Artymko of Salad Days Farm know a thing or two about maximizing efficiency, as they produce vegetables for a 75-person CSA, farmers market and wholesale customers on just a few well-managed acres. Join us for a virtual tour, discussion of their farm systems, and sharing of lessons learned in setting up the production processes on their farm.
This event is offered as part of the Ignatius Farm New Farmer Training Program. Educational content is geared toward new farmers, but is open to all farmers who might be curious about a certain topic, wishing to expand their farming knowledge, or in need of a refresh.
