We keep hearing enthusiasm about eating local grains, however there is a ‘missing middle’ in terms of resources for the farmers who grow grain to source options for cleaning, processing and marketing.
Our goal is to get interested stakeholders in the same Zoom-room to talk about what capacity already exists, where the missing pieces are, and how we can all support each other to grow this community.
