This session will focus on successful annual accounting. Participants will build on the skills and topics covered in day-to-day bookkeeping to work toward annual accounting needs and reviews. This webinar will cover topics such as filing tax returns, tax tips for farmers,tax savings opportunities, depreciation, property tax, and programs such as AgriInvest,  AgriStability, and Self-Directed Risk Management (SDRM) for Edible Horticulture.

EFAO’s Finance February webinar series is intended to support participants in building practical skills and knowledge to support smoother financial operations and overall farm financial wellbeing. 

This session is intended for those with 5-7 years farming experience, but will be suitable for anyone who hopes to grow their financial management and accounting skills and knowledge. It is strongly recommended for anyone wishing to participate in EFAO’s Vegetable Benchmarking study.
