About the host:

The New Farm is a wholesale vegetable operation near Creemore, run by Brent Preston, Gillian Flies and their incredible team. Their certified organic vegetable production focuses on a variety of cut salads, heirloom potatoes, rainbow beets and hoophouse-grown cucumbers, which they supply to specialty retail stores and restaurants.
