Join us on this virtual field day to see Upper Canada Creamery, a certified organic dairy farm that uses their milk to produce top quality grass-fed dairy products including milk, yogurt and cheese. Located in Iroquois, Ontario, this dairy farm takes unique approaches to production and management including a rotary dairy system, and various regenerative practices including strip grazing, water use conservation and more. Owner and operator Joshua Biemond will give participants an in-depth look at the processes and practices employed by this unique dairy farm.
