Join Antonio Gomes of Cavaleiro Farm and Brent Klassen of Heartwood Farm & Cidery as they share some of their thoughts and experiences on alternative economic principles (i.e. gift economy, barter, etc.) and the role these alternative economies can play on a farm.  In addition to discussing some theories and ideas, they will share some experiences of how these have come into play on their own farms and what this could look like in the future.  After two short presentations, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, participate in discussion, and share their own experiences with the group.
