The Research Symposium is an online gathering where EFAO members share their findings and insights from the 2026 research season.

This year you will hear about multi-farm trials with the Living Lab – Ontario, including:

• No-till potato using deep mulch
• Plant available nitrogen from cover crops
• No-till winter squash with mulch

Along with farmer-led research projects focused on:

• Molokhia, flax and eggplant variety trials
• Wool as a mulch
• Dry bean, broccoli and zinnia screening trials
• Ecological thistle control methods
• Fish hydrolysate efficacy
