Join us for a casual online meet-up for new and young farmers in Ontario, hosted in collaboration with Ignatius Farm! This is a chance to connect, share experiences, and have an honest conversation about one of the toughest parts of the growing season: mid-season burnout.

The conversation will be facilitated by Ignatius Farm’s Education Coordinator Lisa Conroy and EFAO’s Rav Singh, who previously ran her own farm, Shade of Miti. They will help guide the discussion while making plenty of space for participants to share their own stories, challenges, and ideas.

We’ll chat about what burnout can look like, how to plan for it before it hits, ways to manage it when you’re in the middle of the season, and strategies for staying motivated through to harvest. Whether you’re feeling energized, exhausted, or somewhere in between, you’re welcome to bring your questions, ideas, and experiences.

There won’t be any formal presentations—just a relaxed space to learn from one another, build community, and leave with practical insights and a few reminders that you’re not farming alone.
